This is KleinConnection.com’s (“Klein Connection”) online privacy policy (“Policy”). This Policy applies only to activities Klein Connection, Inc. engages in on its website and does not apply to Klein Connection, Inc.’s activities that are “offline” or unrelated to the website. This Policy also covers the Klein Tools Tradesman Club which is accessed through the Klein Connection website.

TYPE OF INFORMATION GATHERED
Klein Connection will collect and store the following information from Consumers who order from our website: user ID and password, name, mailing address, billing address, telephone number, mobile phone number, fax number, email address, payment information (including your credit card number), preferred language, age, profession, and other identification and contact information. We will collect additional information about our Registered Tradesman Club Members, including: company name, birthday, purchasing history, sporting preferences, and other information solicited from the Member. In addition, Klein Connection may collect the following information about a visitor to the website: the domain name of all visitors to the website, aggregate information on what pages are visited, user specific information on what pages are visited, page visit durations, top entry and exit pages for Registered Consumers and/or Tradesman Club Members, and search engine results. In addition, we may gather certain information about you such as age, date of birth, gender, and consumer purchasing information. This information may be compiled and analyzed on a personal and aggregated basis.
This information can be gathered when comments or e-mails are sent to Klein Connection, when you become a Registered Consumer or Tradesman Club Member, and when you place an online order with Klein Connection. You may always choose not to provide the requested information, but you then may not be able to participate in the particular activity that requires such information. If you do provide us with your personally identifiable information, you agree that we may contact you to provide you with information we believe may be of interest to you.

USE AND DISCLOSURE OF INFORMATION
Except as otherwise stated below, we do not disclose your personally identifiable information collected on the site to others. You can opt-out of the receipt of emails, mailings, and telephone calls from us and other reputable companies by: sending us an e-mail at the above address, calling us at the above telephone number, writing to us at the above address, or updating a flag on your Klein Connection User Profile page, accessible after you log into the Klein Connection Website.
Klein Connection may disclose personally identifiable information in order to respond to a subpoena, court order, or other such request. Klein Connection may also disclose information when legally required to do so at the request of governmental authorities conducting an investigation, to verify or enforce compliance with the policies and applicable laws governing our website, and to protect against misuse or unauthorized use of our website. Klein Connection takes appropriate steps to ensure data privacy and security including through various hardware and software methodologies. However, Klein Connection cannot guarantee the security of any information that is disclosed online.
CHILDREN
Klein Connection does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. Children are not permitted to use the Klein Connection website or services, and Klein Connection requests that children under the age of 13 not submit any personal information to the website. Since information regarding children under the age of 13 is not collected, Klein Connection does not knowingly distribute personal information regarding children under the age of 13.
MODIFICATIONS OF THE PRIVACY POLICY
Klein Connection reserves the right to modify its privacy policy at any time and will notify you by posting an amendment to the privacy policy on the website.
